In addition to audit-based experience in one of the Big Four accounting firms, PwC, Tamara has worked both internationally and domestically with several of the world’s most respected companies in airlines, pharmaceuticals, digital media, and online advertising, as well as high-tech manufacturing. From working on assignments as far away as Penang, Malaysia; Frankfurt, Germany; London, England, and as close as Brookhaven, Georgia, she has gained the ability to scale solutions to the size and type of business with companies that vary in size and geography. From start-up to large corporate concerns, regardless of the business model, product, service, or industry, she noticed a common theme running through successful accounting and business processes. That was the ability to harmonize people, processes, and technology so that all were in sync and achieving favorable results.

She founded Lenox Accounting LLC consulting firm to supply companies in the market for data analytics, operational accounting services, or tax compliance with a firm that takes those activities beyond data gathering, reporting, and compliance. Her vision is to help clients augment core financial and management reporting activities with tools that leverage data in ways that drive faster profitable strategic decisions or conserve valuable financial resources with solid cost management.

Tamara became a Certified Public Accountant, believing that accounting practices result in a foundational language in which economic systems speak. To further understand business strategy and tools for achieving efficient and profitable operations, she completed her Masters of Business Administration at the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

Outside of the firm, she enjoys learning about different cultures, traveling, and meeting new people. She also likes art museums, spending time with her husband, and walking her dog.

Tamara is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
